Develop essential reading, technique, rhythmic syncopation, performance and composing skills. Jeff Harrington is an assistant professor in the Woodwind Department at Berklee College of Music. He received his B.M. from Berklee and his M.M. from the New England Conservatory of Music. New England Conservatory of Music - The New England Conservatory of Music (NEC) in Boston, Massachusetts is the oldest conservatory in the United States. It was established in 1867 by Eben Tourjeé who modelled it after European conservatories.
